The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Sales at AC-Service grow by 15% In 2001 sales provisionally reach 47.2 million EUR Stuttgart, 13.02.2002 AC-Service has been able to continue its flourishing business development through the fourth consecutive calendar quarter. Sales of 12.9 million EUR (previous year: 11.6 million EUR) for the fourth calendar quarter mean that overall for the fiscal year 2001 sales (as yet unaudited) reached 47.2 million EUR (previous year: 41.0 million EUR, continued operations). As at 31.12.2001 the number of employees was 320 (previous year: 302; full time equivalents). After the divestment of Distribution Solutions division AC-Service has compiled a portfolio of business activities to generate continual business development with above-average growth in operational profits in the wake of long-term contracts with customers.
