AC-Service Consolidates Business Activities in Austria
Two Austrian subsidiaries of AC-Service AG combined under All for One
Midmarket Solutions & Services GmbH in Vienna. Another step in building a
full-scale SAP Service Provider business line with an end-to-end range of
products and services for small to mid-sized businesses.
Vienna, Stuttgart, 16 July 2007 – The AC-Group is consolidating its
business operations in Austria. All for One Midmarket Solutions & Services
GmbH in Vienna, which arose from AC-Service GmbH of Vienna and until now
was focused on Managed IT Services, will be combined with the Vienna-based
AC Solutions EDV BeratungsgmbH & Co KG in order to expand the range of All
for One services in Austria and become a full-scale SAP service provider.
Leo Fuchs will continue to manage the SAP consulting and business
intelligence activities within the expanded All for One in Austria. Peter
Kaiser and Erich Losert (Managing Director) will be responsible for sales
and the acquisition of end-to-end projects. Wolfgang Bidmon will head the
Managed IT Services division. AC-Service AG of Stuttgart will remain the
sole shareholder. In the future its »AC« name, as the AC-Group’s master
brand, will remain the centrepiece of communications with the capital
market, while the company’s presence as a full-scale SAP service provider
on the client markets in Austria as well as in Germany will be made using
the »All for One« brand with the endorsement »Member of AC-Group«. This
change under corporate law in Austria is made as part of the implementation
of the business model of a full-scale SAP service provider for midmarket
companies. The All for One sister company in Germany already ranks as one
of the leading SAP small and mid-sized business partners within its market
and last year was able to win some 50 new clients. The collaboration
between All for One in Germany and Austria will be intensified even further
in order to take the best-possible advantage of the business opportunities

SAP Austria supports this strategic path and, as part of its new service
