Stefan Land to be New CFO of AC-Service AG
Leading SAP full-scale service provider garners an experienced finance and
capital-market expert. Ongoing growth strategy and realignment continue to
be pursued with added vigour.
Stuttgart, 13 December 2007 – The graduate economist Stefan Land (40) has
been named the new chief financial officer of AC Service AG. The company, a
leading full-scale SAP service provider, is pleased to report the addition
of such an experienced finance and capital-market expert. Land was
responsible for the controlling and finance of numerous companies both in
Germany and abroad and has extensive experience in the restructuring of
rapidly growing and internationally operating companies. In 2001 he joined
the publicly listed company PULSION Medical Systems AG, Munich, where as
CFO he engineered the organisation’s successful turnaround.

AC-Service AG and its chief financial officer and board member Marco
Fontana bring their relationship to a close effective 31 March 2008.
Fontana will be pursuing new opportunities after more than 14 years with
AC-Service. The supervisory board would like to express to Fontana its
sincere appreciation for his dedicated and energetic support during the
years it took to build the company and for the successfully initiated
realignment. It also wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
Stefan Land will start work as the AC-Service AG chief financial officer
effective 1 April 2008. He will already be available to assist the company
in an advisory capacity beginning in February 2008.
