Unternehmens Invest AG (UIAG) now reports as ultimate parent company (MU). Dr. R. Knünz (RK), Knünz GmbH, Knünz Invest Beteiligungs GmbH are no longer MU. Due to the loss of the annual general meeting attendance majority in UIAG, no voting rights are attributed to them (see parallel voting rights notification by RK). The voting rights continue to be attributed on the basis of the voting rights agreement (acting in concert).
