Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Manz AG, Reutlingen, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 15, 2011
and on that day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to 135707 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.11% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
