On August 17, 2010 , Deka Investment GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Marenave Schiffahrts AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0H1GY2, WKN: A0H1GY, have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights
on August 13, 2010 and on that day amounted to 11.94% (this corresponds to
179150 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 11.94%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 179150 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to the company. Attributable Voting Rights are held via the
follwing stockholders, whose share on Voting Rights on Marenave Schiffahrts
AG equals or exceeds 3.0 %: Kreissparkasse Biberach, Sparkasse
Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Kreissparkasse Bautzen.
The excess of the limit of the Voting Rights results from the merger of
Deka FundMaster Investmentgesellschaft mbH into Deka Investment GmbH as of
August 13, 2010.
