us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his
Voting Rights on MBB Industries AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 21, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 73.56% (this corresponds to 4855201 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 73.56%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4855201 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Nesemeier via MBB Capital Group GmbH, MBB Capital GmbH
