For lack of prospects, Allgeier Computer AG, Munich, has sold its 100% subsidiary Allgeier Computer SARL, Schiltigheim, France, with immediate effect. As it was the case last year, the French subsidiary will again show a loss in operative earnings in the current business year as well. This measure has to be seen in the context of the company`s repositioning and concentration of its foreign business on the DMS sector. In this connection, the Belgian subsidiary will in future play a central role in further working the DMS markets in Belgium, the Benelux countries and France.
