Frankfurt am Main, 14 April, 2005 – As a consequence of the published changes
in the interests held by the private shareholders of the foundation members,
the Supervisory Board Members who have accompanied the company since the
foundation of MediClin, have resigned from their offices after the end of this
year’s general annual meeting on May 25, 2005. This relates to the
Supervisory Board seats of Prof. Dr. Gerhard Schmidt (Supervisory Board
Chairman), Prof. Dr. Peter Reichling and Mr. Bernd Schirmer. A successor
regulation concerning the Supervisory Board seat of a shareholder of the
insurance companies is upcoming. Here Mr. Frank-Rainer Vaessen (Ergo Group)
will resign from office as of 25 May 2005.
The Supervisory Board will propose to the general annual meeting in the agenda
for this meeting it’s notification of new members.
