According to the annual accounts prepared by the Board of Management, MIM
AG has finished the financial year 2009 with a loss of EUR -397 k (2008:
EUR 23 k).
The annual turnover was EUR 903 k (2008: EUR 1,875 k). Management
attributes
much of this to the global downturn in demand for programming. The EBITDA
dropped, but remained positive at EUR 264 k (2008: EUR 695 k), while EBIT
fell negative to EUR -386 k (2008: EUR 40 k).
If current negotiations prove fruitful, management expects much improved
results in 2010 with a small annual loss after depreciation and interest
payments.
