informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
his Voting Rights on MeVis Medical Solutions AG, Bremen, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0LBFE4, WKN: A0LBFE, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on October 30, 2008  and now amount to 3.0027% (this corresponds to 54650
Voting Rights).
