us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG on April 15, 2010, that
via shares its Voting Rights on MeVis Medical Solutions AG, Bremen,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0LBFE4, WKN: A0LBFE, have fallen below the 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on April 13, 2010 and on that day amounted to
4.994% (this corresponds to 90885 Voting Rights).
Additionally, M.M.Warburg & CO KGaA, Hamburg, Deutschland, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG on April 15, 2010, that via
shares the Vorting Rights of M.M.Warburg & CO Gruppe (GmbH & Co.) KGaA,
Hamburg, on MeVis Medical Solutions AG have fallen below the 5% limit of
the Voting Rights on April 13, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.994%
(this corresponds to 90885 Voting Rights).
All of these Voting Rights are attributable to M.M.Warburg & CO Gruppe
(GmbH & Co.) KGaA according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG. All of the attributable Voting Rights are held by M.M.Warburg & CO
KGaA as the controlled entity.
