Bremen, January 18, 2011 - MeVis Medical Solutions AG [ISIN: DE000A0LBFE4],
a leading company in medical imaging software, today announced a change in
their Supervisory Board.
Upon request of the Executive Board of the MeVis Medical Solutions AG, Dr.
Jens J. Kruse, head of Corporate Finance at the private bank M.M.Warburg &
CO in Hamburg, Germany, has, with immediate effect, been appointed into the
control committee by the local court of Bremen. Axel Schubert has resigned
his position as vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons
as of 31 December 2010. The appointment of Dr. Kruse as alternate member is
limited until this year's annual general meeting, which will on a
rotational basis decide on the re-composition of the Supervisory Board.
