Bremen, April 10, 2015 - The Executive Board and Supervisory Board of MeVis
Medical Solutions AG [ISIN: DE000A0LBFE4], a leading medical imaging
software company, decided today to propose to the Annual General Meeting a
dividend payment of EUR 0.04 per eligible share for the financial year 2014
(previous year: no dividend). The proposed dividend represents a payout of
1.6% of the net income (originally planned: between 40% and 60%). The
Annual General Meeting of the Company, which decides on the distribution of
profits, is expected to take place on June 9, 2015.
