Notification of voting rights pursuant to Section 41, Paragraph 4a,
Sentence 7 of WpHG (German Securities Trading Law)
Mr Manfred Lautenschläger, Germany, has notified MLP AG in accordance with
Section 41, Paragraph 4a, Sentence 1 of WpHG that his percentage holding of
voting rights in MLP AG, Wiesloch, amounted to 15.92 % (17,316,597 voting
rights) on 20.01.2007. Of these, 13.54 % (14,729,995 voting rights) were
attributable to him in accordance with Section 22, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1
Nr. 1 of WpHG. Of the overall attributable shares, 9.40 % (10,229,995
voting rights) were held by Manfred Lautenschläger Beteiligungen GmbH and
4.14 % (4,500,000 voting rights) by Manfred Lautenschläger Stiftung gGmbH.
