Harris Associates Inc., Chicago, Illinois 60602, USA, notified us in
accordance with Article 21, Section 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) that on December 4, 2007 its holding of voting rights in MLP AG,
Wiesloch, Germany, fell below the threshold of 10 % and now totals 9.98 %
(corresponding to 10,851,355 units). The voting rights are attributable to
Harris Associates Inc. in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1
No. 6 in conjunction with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 2 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
Furthermore, Harris Associates L.P., Chicago, Illinois 60602, USA, notified
us in accordance with Article 21, Section 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) that on December 4, 2007 its holding of voting rights in
MLP AG, Wiesloch, Germany, fell below the threshold of 10 % and now totals
9.98 % (corresponding to 10,851,355 units). The voting rights are
attributable to Harris Associates L.P. in accordance with Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1 No. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
