Trading Act (WpHG)
Harris Associates L.P., Chicago, USA notified us in accordance with Article
21, Section 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that on October
30, 2008 its holding of voting rights in MLP AG, Wiesloch, Germany fell
below the threshold of 3 % and totalled on that date 2.95 % (corresponding
to 3,176,740 shares) of the voting rights. These voting rights are
attributable to Harris Associates L.P. in accordance with Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
Harris Associates Inc., Chicago, USA notified us in accordance with Article
21, Section 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that on October
30, 2008 its holding of voting rights in MLP AG, Wiesloch, Germany fell
below the threshold of 3 % and totalled on that date 2.95 % (corresponding
to 3,176,740 shares) of the voting rights. These voting rights are
attributable to Harris Associates Inc. in accordance with Article 22,
