Correction of a voting rights notification, dated 23rd May, 2011
Disclosure pursuant to Article 26, Section 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG)
Harris Associates LP, Chicago, USA, notified us in accordance with Article
21, Section 1 of WpHG that its holding of voting rights in MLP AG,
Wiesloch, Germany exceeded the threshold of 10% on 20th April, 2011 and on
this date amounted to 10.02 % (corresponding to 10,813,991 voting rights).
The voting rights are attributable to Harris Associates L.P. in accordance
with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of WpHG. In this respect,
voting rights are attributable to it from the following shareholders whose
holding of voting rights in MLP AG respectively amounts to 3% or more:
Harris Associates Investment Trust.
