according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz
SE, München, Deutschland have exceeded the 3% threshold on May 09, 2007 and
now amount to 4.13% (18548902 shares).
All voting rights are attributed to JP Morgan Chase & Co. persuant to
article 22, section 1, No. 1 and No. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2
WpHG.
With the same letter JP Morgan Chase & Co., New York, USA has informed us
according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz
SE, München, Deutschland have fallen below the 3% threshold on May 11, 2007
and now amount to 1.58% (7083076 shares).
