These voting rights are attributed persuant to article 22, section 1, No. 6
in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG and additional 0.002% (11177 shares)
are attributed persuant to article 22, section 1, No. 1.

according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz
SE, München, Deutschland have exceeded the 3% threshold on May 11, 2007 and
now amount to 3.003% (13488463 shares).
These voting rights are attributed persuant to article 22, section 1, No. 6
in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.

according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz
SE, München, Deutschland have exceeded the 3% threshold on May 11, 2007 and
now amount to 3.003% (13488463 shares).
These voting rights are attributed persuant to article 22, section 1, No. 6
in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.

has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting
rights in Allianz SE, München, Deutschland have exceeded the 3% threshold

in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
