article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz SE, Munich,
Germany have fallen below the 3% threshold on June 2, 2008 and now amount
to 2.39% (10831373 shares). 0.43% of the voting rights (1965391
shares)hereof are attributed to UBS AG according to article 22, section 1,
sentence 1,No. 1 WpHG.
