its Voting Rights on Allianz SE, München, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 10, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 13676360 Voting Rights).
1.87% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 8537630 Voting Rights) are
