On December 8, 2009, ACP Capital Limited, St. Helier, Jersey, Channel
Islands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on GCI Management AG, München, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE00058551863, WKN: 585518, have fallen below the 25% limit of the
Voting Rights on November 5, 2009 and on that day amount to 21.83% (this
corresponds to 5700000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.55% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1448818 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Perseus Holdings Limited.
