Schreiben vom 29. Januar 2009 folgendes mitgeteilt:
Pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG, we hereby notify that Platinum
Investment Management Limited's percentage of voting rights in MTU Aero
Engines Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 15 October 2008 and
amounts to 3.29% (1,711,673 voting rights) as per this date.
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Platinum
Investment Management Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG.
