Uns wurde mit Schreiben vom 8. Dezember 2009 folgendes mitgeteilt:
1. Longview Partners Limited, London, United Kingdom, gives notice pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 25 September 2009 the voting rights in MTU
Aero Engines Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and amount to 3.11%
(1,617,851 voting rights) as per this date.
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Longview Partners
Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.
2. Further, Longview Partners (Guernsey) Limited, St. Peter Port, Guernsey,
gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 25 September 2009 the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3%
and amount to 3.11% (1,617,851 voting rights) as per this date.
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Longview Partners
(Guernsey) Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
