Uns wurde mit Schreiben vom 5. Februar 2010 folgendes mitgeteilt:
1. Gryphon Investment Counsel Inc., Toronto/Montreal, Canada, gives notice
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 29 January 2007 the voting rights
in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3 % and amount to
3,26 % (1.795.189 voting rights) as per this date.
These voting rights are attributable to Gryphon Investment Counsel Inc.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 (0,18 %, 97.000 voting rights)
and pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG (3,09 %, 1.698.189 voting rights).
2. Gryphon International Investment Corporation, Toronto/Ontario, Canada,
gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 29 January 2007 the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3 %
and amount to 3,26 (1.795.189 voting rights) as per this date.
These voting rights are attributable to Gryphon International Investment
Corporation pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 (3,09 %, 1.698.189
voting rights) and pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG (0,18 %, 97.000 voting
rights).
