Uns wurde mit Schreiben vom 13. Januar 2011 folgendes mitgeteilt:
Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, gives
notice pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 WpHG that on January 11, 2011 the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG felt below the threshold of 3 % and
amount to 2,97 % (1,546,358 voting rights) as per this date.
2,97 % (1,546,358 voting rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings SARL pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG. 0,09 % (48,238 voting rights) of these voting
rights are also attributable according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG.
