voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG felt below the threshold of 3%
and amount to 2,99% (1,556,703 voting rights) as per this date.
2,99% (1,556,703 voting rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Holding SARL pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent. 1 no.6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG. 0,12% (63019 voting rights) of these voting
rights are also attributable according sec. 22 para.1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
