Company crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in MTU Aero

date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 3.01% of the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG, arising from 1,564,936 voting
rights.
All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG were attributed to
Fidelity Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1
