On 29 April 2011 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management & Research
Company fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in MTU Aero
Engines Holding AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995 Munich, Germany. On that
date, Fidelity Management & Resesarch Company held 1.11% of the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG, arising from 576,736 voting rights.
All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG were attributed to
Fidelity Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.
