Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, USA gives notice pursuant to sec.
21 para. 1 WpHG that on 24.02.2012 the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines
Holding AG felt below the threshold of 3% and amount to 2,99% (1557267
voting rights).
2,99% (1557267 voting rights) are attributable to Ameriprise Financial,
Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG. 0,09% (45825 voting rights) of these voting rights are also
attributable according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
