Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, USA, gives notice pursuant to sec.
21 para. 1 WpHG that on 12.09.2012 the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines
Holding AG crossed above the threshold of 3 % and amount to 3,01 % (1564173
voting rights).
3,01 % (1564173 voting rights) are attributable to Ameriprise Financial,
Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG. 0,07 % (36562 voting rights) of these voting rights are also
attributable according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
