2. Schroder PLC, London, UK, gives notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1
WpHG of the following:
On August 20, 2013 Schroder PLC fell below the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Strasse 665, 80995 Munich,
Germany. On that date, Schroder PLC held 2.982% of the voting rights in MTU
Aero Engines AG, arising from 1,550,721 voting rights.
2.982% (1,550,721 voting rights) are attributable to Schroder PLC pursuant
