We received on October 10, 2013 notifications of voting rights in
accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG.
1. FIL Investments International, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, gives
notice pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On October 10, 2013 FIL Investments International felt below the threshold
of 3 % of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Street 665,
80995 Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Investments International held
2.80 % of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG arising from 1,457,438
voting rights.
All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG were attributed to FIL Investments
International pursuant to sec. 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
2. FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, gives notice pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG of the following:
On October 10, 2013 FIL Limited felt below the threshold of 3 % of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995 Munich,
Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 2.80 % of the voting rights in MTU
Aero Engines AG arising from 1,457,438 voting rights.
All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG were attributed to FIL Limited
pursuant to sec. 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
3. FIL Holdings (UK) Limited, Hildenborough, United Kingdom, gives notice
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On October 10, 2013 FIL Holdings (UK) Limited felt below the threshold of 3
% of the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Street 665, 80995
Munich, Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings (UK) Limited held 2.80 % of the
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG arising from 1,457,438 voting rights.
All voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG were attributed to FIL Holdings
(UK) Limited pursuant to sec. 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2.
