Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting rights in MTU Aero
Engines AG, Dachauer Str. 665, 80995 München, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Partners Limited Partnership held
2.92% in relation to all voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG (voting
rights arising from 1,518,790 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such
voting rights were attributable to Artisan Partners Limited Partnership
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
2. On November 7, 2014, the stake of Artisan Investments GP LLC, Milwaukee,
Wiscon-sin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG,
Dachauer Str. 665, 80995 München, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%.
On that date, Artisan Investments GP LLC held 2.92% in relation to all
voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG (voting rights arising from 1,518,790
ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to
Artisan Investments GP LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
3. On November 7, 2014, the stake of Artisan Partners Holdings LP,
Milwaukee, Wiscon-sin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting rights in MTU Aero
Engines AG, Dachauer Str. 665, 80995 München, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Partners Holdings LP held 2.92% in
relation to all voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG (voting rights arising
from 1,518,790 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were
attributable to Artisan Partners Holdings LP pursuant to section 22 (1)
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
4. On November 7, 2014, the stake of Artisan Partners Asset Management
Inc., Milwau-kee, Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting rights in MTU
Aero Engines AG, Da-chauer Str. 665, 80995 München, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. held
2.92% in relation to all voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG (voting
rights arising from 1,518,790 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such
voting rights were attributable to Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc.
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentenc-es 2
and 3 WpHG.
5. On November 7, 2014, the stake of Mr. Eric R. Colson, c/o Artisan
Partners Holdings LP, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Str. 665, 80995 München, Germany,
fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Mr. Eric R. Colson held 2.92%
in relation to all voting rights in MTU Aero En-gines AG (voting rights
arising from 1,518,790 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting
rights were attributable to Mr. Eric R. Colson pursuant to section 22 (1)
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
6. On November 7, 2014, the stake of Mr. Charles J. Daley, c/o Artisan
Partners Hold-ings LP, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting
rights in MTU Aero En-gines AG, Dachauer Str. 665, 80995 München, Germany,
fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Mr. Charles J. Daley held
2.92% in relation to all voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG (voting
rights arising from 1,518,790 ordinary shares (Stammak-tien)). All such
voting rights were attributable to Mr. Charles J. Daley pursuant to
sec-tion 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
7. On November 7, 2014, the stake of Mr. Gregory K. Ramirez, c/o Artisan
Partners Holdings LP, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202-5408, USA, in the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines AG, Dachauer Str. 665, 80995 München, Germany,
fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Mr. Gregory K. Ramirez held
2.92% in relation to all vot-ing rights in MTU Aero Engines AG (voting
rights arising from 1,518,790 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such
voting rights were attributable to Mr. Gregory K. Ramirez pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
