In acquiring the majority shareholding the logistics company, which was recently listed on the Neuer Markt, is continuing to expand its planning and consulting division Logistics Design, and to pursue its strategy of internationalisation. TKS advises companies from all sectors of industry in planning and realization their production, warehouse and distribution facilities, and assumes responsibility for the management of the entire project until the facilities go into operation. The company’s client list includes Siedle, Behr, Pirelli and Osram. In the financial year 1999/2000 (30.06.) the company reported sales of the amount of Euro 2.3 million. TKS has a subsidiary office in Hungary as well as a shareholding in TKS Polska GmbH. The former partners will remain with the Group as Managing Directors.
