Correction of the voting rights notification as of 25 April 2014
On 25 April 2014, we published voting right notifications from Barclays
Plc, London, United Kingdom, and Barclays Bank Plc, London, United Kingdom.
We hereby correct them as follows:
Barclays Plc, London, United Kingdom, decreased its shareholding below the
5% and 3% thresholds according § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 16 April 2014 and at
that date held 0.0015% of the voting rights (i.e. 997 shares with voting
rights) in MVV Energie AG, Luisenring 49, 68159 Mannheim. Of this, Barclays
Plc was attributed 0.0015% of voting rights (i.e. 997 shares with voting
rights) according to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG.
We further announce that we have received the following notification from
Barclays Plc, London, United Kingdom, in the name of and on behalf of
Barclays Bank Plc:
Barclays Bank Plc, London, United Kingdom, decreased its shareholding below
the 5% and 3% thresholds according § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 16 April 2014 and
at that date held 0.0015% of the voting rights (i.e. 997 shares with voting
rights) in MVV Energie AG, Luisenring 49, 68159 Mannheim. Of this, Barclays
Bank Plc was attributed 0.0015% of voting rights (i.e. 997 shares with
voting rights) according to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG.
