SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENTIn July 2019, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets and operations from Schölly Fiberoptic GmbH (“Schölly”), a supplier of endoscopes and other visualization equipment, for cash consideration of approximately $100 million (the “Schölly Acquisition”). The exact amount of the purchase consideration and timing of the closing of the Schölly Acquisition is subject to certain substantive closing conditions.
