Goodwill

(1)During the first quarter of fiscal 2025, our Latin America market unit moved from Growth Markets to North America. Goodwill includes immaterial adjustments related to prior period acquisitions.

Total amortization related to our intangible assets was $153,199 and $465,575 for the three and nine months ended May 31, 2025, respectively.
