Cash dividend distribution	10. Cash dividend distribution On January 17, 2012, the Company paid the last quarterly cash dividend distribution of $3.5 million or $0.08 per share. On February 17, 2012, the Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $4.8 million on our outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend was paid on April 16, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 30, 2012.
