Cash Dividend Distribution

During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, the Company approved cash dividends for a total amount of $29,318,184 or $0.664 per share, which had all been paid as of the year-end, except for the one approved in October 2014, consisting of $7,329,546 (or $0.166 per share, which was paid on January 15, 2015) to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2014.

During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, the Company approved cash dividends for a total amount of $25,255,478 or $0.572 per share, which had all been paid as of the year- end, except for the one approved in October 2013, consisting of 6,313,869 or $0.143 per share, which was paid on January 15, 2014.

During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012, the Company approved cash dividends for a total amount of $19,249,040 or $0.436 per share, which had all been paid as of the year- end, except for the one approved in October 2012, consisting of $4.812,396 or $0.109 per share, which was paid on January 15, 2013.

On February 24, 2015, the board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $4,596,284 (or $0.103 per share) on our outstanding shares of common stock. The first quarterly dividend is payable on April 15, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2015.
