Equity Offering Equity OfferingOn November 18, 2021, the Company closed a public equity offering of $1,550 million of common stock at a public offering price of $1,550 per share (the “Offering”). Pursuant to the Offering, the Company issued 1,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”). The Company raised funds in the amount of $1,520 million net of issuance costs paid.
