SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On December 3, 2024, a quarterly dividend of $1.62 per share was declared at the Board of Directors meeting, payable on February 10, 2025 to stockholders of record on December 31, 2024. In November 2024, we entered into a retail note securitization transaction resulting in $725 of secured borrowings.
