SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	(21)  Subsequent Events In February 2025, we completed the transaction with Bradesco (see Note 20) for the sale of 50% ownership in BJD. Bradesco contributed capital equal to our equity investment in BJD. We retained a 50% equity interest in BJD and will report the results of the joint venture as an equity investment in unconsolidated affiliates. On February 26, 2025, a quarterly dividend of $1.62 per share was declared at the Board of Directors meeting, payable on May 8, 2025, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2025.
