NOTICE OF SECOND QUARTER 2009 RESULTS AND CONFERENCE CALL

TUESDAY, 21 JULY 2009

Millicom International Cellular S.A. will announce its financial results for the second quarter of 2009 on Tuesday, 21 July 2009 at 7.00 AM (New York) / 12.00 PM (London) / 1.00 PM (Stockholm).
