COMPLETION OF SALE OF MILLICOM’S CAMBODIAN OPERATIONS

New York and Stockholm, 26 November 2009 – Millicom International Cellular S.A. (“Millicom”) (Nasdaq Stock Market: MICC and Stockholmsbörsen: MIC) today announces that it has completed the sale of its Cambodian operations to The Royal Group, its partner in Cambodia.
