On August 3, 2023 ConocoPhillips issued a press release announcing the company's financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. (b) On August 3, 2023, Ms. Jody Freeman resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of ConocoPhillips. Ms. Freeman’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board but was in order to more fully pursue other commitments.
