Related Party Transactions Receivable from affiliate represents amounts advanced to Holdings and payable to affiliate represents amounts payable to Holdings under the Tax Receivable Agreement (Note 4). Included in receivable from and payable to customers in the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated statements of financial condition as of March 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012 were accounts receivable from directors, officers and their affiliates of $0.4 million and $1.1 million and payables of $308.8 million and $745.0 million, respectively. |
