• LT Rating: Baa3 from A3. Rating on review for downgrade

• ST Rating: P-3 from P-2

• Dated subordinated debt rating: Ba1 from Baa1. Rating on review for downgrade

• Preference shares rating: B1 from Ba1. Rating on review for downgrade
