| Effect of New Accounting Pronouncements | Note 13. Effect of New Accounting Pronouncements In September 2011, the FASB issued guidance regarding goodwill impairment tests. The new guidance states that a “qualitative” assessment may be performed to determine whether further impairment testing is necessary. The new guidance will be effective in the first quarter of fiscal 2013 and early adoption is permitted. The Company does not believe the adoption of the guidance will have a material impact on its consolidated financial statements. The new guidance states that a “qualitative” assessment may be performed to determine whether further impairment testing is necessary. The new guidance will be effective in the first quarter of fiscal 2013 and early adoption is permitted.
